Dayo is an entrepreneur, investor and real estate developer whose experience spans enterprise technology, business creation, operational scale, private capital and complex real estate development.
He began his career as an information technology and business intelligence consultant, working with Fortune 100 companies and advising senior executives on the use of data in enterprise decision-making.
He later moved from advising businesses to building them. One of his ventures grew from five employees to nearly 500, giving him firsthand experience with leadership, systems, capital management, operational risk and the demands of rapid growth.
Dayo subsequently expanded into private investment and real estate development, leading projects through acquisition, planning, financing, construction and operation. Across his career, he has participated in businesses and projects representing tens of millions of dollars in enterprise and real asset activity.
He founded DP Capital Partners to combine the discipline of institutional investment with the judgment and accountability of an experienced operator.
